Eric Weiner, co-creator of iconic bilingual cartoon character and billion-dollar brand “Dora the Explorer,” and his playwright wife Cherie Vogelstein, have listed their Upper West Side apartment for $12.99 million.
It’s located at the Laureate, 2150 Broadway, which was built in 2011 and is styled with a modern Beaux Arts twist.
At 3,256 square feet, the apartment comes with five bedrooms and 4½ bathrooms.
The master suite boasts a spa-like bathroom and a Juliet balcony.
Weiner and Vogelstein bought the Laureate unit in 2011 for $8.5 million.
They previously lived on W. 99th Street at the Ariel West, in a unit they bought for $4.47 million in 2008 and sold it for $5.28 million in 2011, noted Max Galka, CEO of real estate info website revaluate.com.
