The former Manhattan home of late actress Doris Roberts, who famously played Ray Romano’s overbearing mother on the long-running “Everybody Loves Raymond” sitcom, has sold for $4 million, The Post has learned.

The deal has not been recorded in city finance records.

Located at 200 Central Park South, the five-time Emmy winner’s spread, listed by her estate, first hit the market in January 2017 for $3.29 million — less than a year after her April 2016 death at age 90. The home then swapped brokerages twice and saw two price cuts down to $2.89 million, StreetEasy shows.

But this $4 million deal doesn’t solely include that spread — a two-bedroom duplex. That price also bought an off-market, one-bedroom unit next door, which Roberts’ estate also owned. We hear the buyer, a Broadway producer, is going to combine the units into one large duplex home. Other details about the buyer were not available.

Features inside the publicly listed duplex include two terraces — with views of Central Park to one side, and views of the Times Square New Year’s ball to the other. The lower level has an open living and dining area; the private quarters are located above.

Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, elevator attendants, a gym and a roof terrace.

Kevin Sneddon, Chris Dominiak and Frances Langbecker, of Compass, marketed the property.
