Douglas Elliman Real Estate is opening a new Flatiron office at 111 Fifth Ave. on the northeast corner of East 18th Street.

The 19,500-square-foot space comprises the entire seventh floor of the landmark neoclassical cast iron building. The corner space has 35 oversized windows.

The new location expands, centralizes and combines two other Midtown South offices: one at 26 W. 17th St. and one at 137 Waverly Place with room for 125 agents.
