Developer Abe Shnay and his wife bought a sixth-floor unit at 10 Bond St.
The 2,775 square foot pad in NoHo is one of only 11 units and has three bedrooms and 3½ baths.
It closed for $7 million — below its original $7.75 million asking price.
As it happens, Shay’s SK Development is a partner in the Annabelle Selldorf-designed building. In June, the Shnays sold their 40 Mercer St. pad for $9 million.
(They bought that home in 2007 for $5.33 million.)
