An Upper East Side duplex that was formerly owned by the late Argentine oil and gas mogul Carlos Bulgheroni is on the market for $2.75 million.
At the time of his death in 2016 at age 71, he was his home country’s richest man; he and his brother Alejandro were worth a combined $4.8 billion.
An executive at Bridas Corporation, Bulgheroni made his fortune dealing with regimes and organizations from the Taliban to authoritarian states in North Africa, Russia, Central Asia and the Middle East.
