Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union have finally sold their massive waterfront Miami home for a whopping $22 million. 

The sale comes nearly two years after it first hit the market at $32.5 million. But without any offers, the couple was forced to slash the price by nearly $10 million. 

But they are still walking away with a hefty profit. Wade, 39, and Union, 48, first purchased the home back in 2010 for $10.6 million. 

Most recently, the couple found a buyer for their $5.9 million Los Angeles home after also having to slash the price.

The former Miami Heat player and three-time NBA champion married the actress in 2014, with one brief split in 2013. They share a 2-year old daughter, Kaavia James.  

Made up of six bedrooms and nine-and-a-half bathrooms, the East Coast inspired Spanish architecture home is infused with contemporary finishes, and sits behind private gates for optimal privacy. 

Spanning a massive 11,690 square feet of living space, the property is located on the northern tip of Miami Beach, which boasts sunset views from every room, according to the listing. 

Outdoor amenities include an expansive waterfront heated pool, cabana, outdoor bar and barbecue area, a custom-made basketball court and tennis court, a private boat dock, and a manicured courtyard. 

Other features include a hair salon, fitness room and home theater.
