Interior designer and real estate developer Bryan Graybill and his husband, lawyer Daniel Dokos, are listing their fabulous Faena House digs in Miami Beach for $6.35 million.
(They bought it for $4 million in 2015.)
As The Post reported last year, the pad’s lush mauve decor was inspired by the 1980s soap opera “Dynasty.”
The two-bedroom unit is 2,030 square feet and comes with custom furniture.
There are also stellar Atlantic Ocean views from balconies that undulate thanks to Norman Foster’s ship-inspired architecture.
Faena House neighbors include Goldman Sachs’ Lloyd Blankfein.
The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Oren Alexander and Isaac Lustgarten.
