An East Hampton mansion is in contract for over its $52.5 million asking price.

The home, at 442 Further Lane, was on the market for less than 30 days and will sell for over its asking price, sources say.

The 6,100-square-foot home sits on 4 acres and was designed by the late architect Francis Fleetwood, who was known for creating traditional cedar shingle-shingle style homes throughout the Hamptons.

It features five bedrooms, a pool and more than 400 feet of oceanfront along with direct beach access.

It’s owned by the estate of recently deceased Alan Seligson, who was the chairman of a company that manufactured aerospace parts.

The brokerage, Hedgerow Exclusive Properties, declined to comment.

Further Lane is an ultra-exclusive street where activist hedge fund investor Barry Rosenstein paid $147 million for an 18-acre estate in 2014.

Jerry Seinfeld, Lorne Michaels and Carl Icahn also own property there.
