German fashion designer Philipp Plein, known for extravagant runway shows featuring roller coasters and jet skis as well as performances by Snoop Dogg and Iggy Azalea, is house-hunting in the city.
He recently toured a $25.5 million duplex on the 17th and 18th floors of The Plaza.
The four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom spread measures 4,368 square feet. It comes with views of Central Park.
