The abode, decked out with Andy Warhol prints on black walls as well as furnishings in electric colors, was profiled in Domino this past spring.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom home was recently renovated.

The living room features a woodburning fireplace and there’s a “lacquered” library and a large dining room, all in a building that dates to 1917.

The master bedroom has a marbled bathroom and two large walk-in closets, while the marbled kitchen has an eat-in breakfast area with city views. Building amenities include a bike room and gym.

The listing broker is Kerry Schmidt of Sotheby’s International Realty.
