Eli Manning is gunning for a real estate touchdown.
The New York Giants quarterback is looking to rent his 3,555-square-foot condo in Hoboken, NJ — a property he’s had for sale for about a year — asking a cool $18,000 per month, reports Business Insider.
Eli ManningBill KostrounManning first listed the three-bedroom spread for $5.2 million in May 2015, but a buyer has yet to catch his toss and score. Even as it’s for rent, the home, located in the Hudson Tea Building at 1500 Hudson St., is still on the market to buy for the same asking price.
As the name of the building suggests, Manning’s apartment looks out to wide views of the Hudson River and the Manhattan skyline, including the Empire State Building. The master bedroom and the living area boast these vistas.
Manning has owned it for eight years and resides there with his wife and three kids. He and his family have reportedly grown out of the sprawling pad.
Listing images show high-beamed ceilings, exposed brick and oversize windows that let in plenty of light. Other details include a windowed eat-in kitchen, a playroom, three full bathrooms and a powder room.
Lisa Poggi of Douglas Elliman is repping this listing.
