




Shelter magazine Elle Decor is celebrating its 30th anniversary by debuting the “House of Elle Decor” in partnership with the 108 Leonard St. condo in Tribeca.
The publication installed a designer showcase in the building’s $12.1 million penthouse.

It has been restored and converted to 160 condos with Elad Group as majority developer.
Sales there launched in March 2018; units currently start at $1.67 million for a one-bedroom, 1½ bathroom.
Elle Decor’s editor-in-chief Whitney Robinson tapped designer Neal Beckstedt to decorate the penthouse. The 4,141-square-foot unit comes with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bath.
