Tech investor, media exec and hotelier Kevin Wendle has bought a Greenwich Village penthouse for $8.02 million — more than $1 million over its $6.9 million ask.
The full-floor spread, at 30 E. 10th St., went into contract about two weeks after it hit the market in April.

His new shelter mag-ready Manhattan penthouse is on the 12th floor and comes with 11-foot ceilings, 19 oversize windows and four exposures. The 3,700-square-foot unit was marketed as a three-bedroom but is currently configured as a two-bedroom.
