A Martha’s Vineyard estate where the Obama family summered in 2013 has sold for $15 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.

The property, located at 8 Snail Road in Chilmark, Mass., was first listed for $22.5 million in 2015.

Designed by Seattle architect Rick Sundberg, the 5,192-square-foot home sits on 9½ acres — 120 feet above the Atlantic Ocean.

It features floor-to-ceiling windows, a chef’s kitchen, a gym and high ceilings.

The estate additionally has a private dock, a heated infinity pool, a half basketball court and a two-bedroom guest cottage.

The sellers are David and Patricia Schulte.
