A California property once home to one of the iconic “Golden Girls” has listed for $7.65 million.

The five-bedroom residence, built in 1948, is at 1240 N. Wetherly Drive, in the lower Bird streets north of Sunset in the Hollywood Hills, Gimme Shelter has learned.

The home was once owned by Estelle Getty — born Estelle Gettleman — who played Sophia Petrillo on the hit show from 1985 to 1992.

The gated dwelling sits on close to half an acre.

The door opens to a classic black and white marble foyer that leads to a living room with a large bay window, crown moldings and an antique French marble woodburning fireplace.

There’s also a formal dining room with wainscoting and pocket doors that open to a family room. That space has a second woodburning fireplace with an antique mantel, as well as built-in bookshelves.

Next, an open chef’s kitchen features a walk-in pantry, as well as a breakfast bar and an informal dining area. Light streams in from large windows and French doors that open to the backyard.

The main bedroom suite has a cedar-lined walk-in closet and a spa-like bath with heated floors.

The basement, which comes with its own separate entrance, can serve as a guest suite, a home office, a gym, a screening room or a studio space.

The basement also includes a 1,500-bottle wine cellar and a storage room.

Paul Lester and Aileen Comora, of the Agency, are the listing brokers.
