The actress who played Jan Brady on “The Brady Bunch,” Eve Plumb, and her husband, Ken Pace, are listing their Upper West Side home at 2025 Broadway for $735,000.
The 22nd-floor, 716-square-foot co-op is in a full-service building by Lincoln Center and Central Park.

Not bad, considering that she bought it for $55,000 when she was 11 years old in 1969.
Plumb and Pace also bought a two-bedroom penthouse in Turtle Bay for $1.55 million in 2016 as an investment.
