




There’s no lipstick needed for this stunning home.
Andrea Jung, the former CEO of beauty giant Avon, has sold her 1110 Park Ave. residence for $17 million — roughly $600,000 less than she paid for it last year.

The 5,702-square-foot duplex condo, which she bought for $17.61 million in July 2016, features five bedrooms.
It came to market in January of this year for $17.99 million.
“Her work takes her all over the world. She travels quite a bit, and she decided she didn’t need such a large place in NYC,” a friend says.
The broker, Patricia Shiah, of Stribling & Associates, declined comment.
The home opens to a large foyer, with a “loft-like” living and dining space, a library and 50 feet of Park Avenue frontage with Juliet balconies.
Outside, views look out to the Chrysler Building. Back inside, there’s a large, windowed eat-in chef’s kitchen with hand-painted cabinetry designed by Christopher Peacock.
The buyers, from Asia, can’t be immediately identified because they used an LLC to purchase the pad.
