Former Esprit exec Jurgen Friedrich has rented the Linden estate, his home at 160 Ox Pasture Road in the estate section of Southampton, to Julian Robertson, the legendary (and retired) billionaire hedge fund manager of Tiger Management (whose disciples are known as Tiger Cubs) — for $650,000 a month.

The sprawling 18,000-square-foot home has 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

It sits on 10 acres and has been on and off the sales market — asking between $49 million and $59.5 million.
