We hear Williams is putting the 6,800-square-foot apartment, which he bought for $15.8 million through Town Residential in 2013, on the market with Douglas Elliman’s Andrew Azoulay — for an eye-popping $33.5 million.

The Merchants House loft at 35 North Moore St. comes with six bedrooms, and was customized by Williams — who is the Dallas Mavericks’ new starting point guard — “from top to bottom.”

The home boasts a floating staircase and a climate-controlled wine room.
