It’s no surprise that mogul has a killer Miami penthouse, currently on the market for $29 million.

Included with purchase is more than $1 million in art by Dorit Levinstein, Romero Britto, Angelo Accardi , David Kracov and others. The 11,000-square-foot, floor-through unit is in starchitect Bjarke Ingels’ Grove at Grand Bay, at 2669 S. Bayshore Drive.

The unit features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a movie theater, a gym, wet and dry saunas and a massage room.

He paid $11 million for the property in 2016, according to the South Florida Business Journal, and the purchase was one of the biggest in Coconut Grove.

The listing broker is Douglas Elliman’s Bragi Sigurdsson.
