Following 28 years of marriage and a reportedly “peaceful” separation, supermodel Paulina Porizkova and Cars rocker Ric Ocasek have listed their townhouse at 140 E. 19th St. for $15.25 million.

The 23½-foot-wide property near Gramercy Park is a spacious 5,760 square feet and includes an elevator.

It dates to the 1850s and comes with five bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms and features a living room with a 20-foot-high ceiling, according to the listing.

That living space also looks out to a “private and secluded” garden and has space to fit a mezzanine-level study.

As for additional perks, a buyer can also get an eat-in kitchen, woodburning fireplaces, a “sky-lit” writing alcove and a recording studio (presumably Ocasek’s) in the finished basement.
