Digital business-services firm Ricoh USA is growing and consolidating at SL Green’s 711 Third Ave.

The move from three other Manhattan buildings — and from 711 Third’s 14th floor — will give the firm 10,000 square feet more than it now has. The new digs have a total 30,469 square feet on the second floor (for offices) and 18th (for showrooms).

SL Green Executive Vice President Steven Durels called the deal “a transaction with many moving parts” and said: “We’re delighted to provide a customized solution for Ricoh’s continuing expansion.” CBRE repped Ricoh USA and SL Green was repped in-house.
