Giovanna Cipriani, who runs the legendary Harry’s Bar in Venice, is listing her Greenwich Village loft at 718 Broadway for $2 million.
Harry’s Bar was founded by Giovanna’s grandfather, Giuseppe — Ernest Hemingway used to order his morning martinis there.
The one-bedroom, one-bathroom loft is 1,405 square feet.
It was asking $2.2 million in 2017.
The loft is in a pre-war, cast-iron building. It comes with high ceilings and direct views of Washington Square Park.
Building amenities include a common roof deck. The listing brokers are Devin Hugh Leahy, Ariel Sassoon and Abraham Sarway, of Douglas Elliman.
