Eastern Consolidated’s Ninth Avenue retail leasing wizard James Famularo has scored another deal on the avenue’s “restaurant row.”
Famularo, who’s negotiated more than 20 leases there, arranged his latest one for an all-natural, casual-American eatery called Westville at 809 Ninth Ave. between West 53rd and 54th streets.
It will be Westville’s seventh Manhattan location. The new one has 1,700 square feet at sidewalk level and 1,700 more square feet on the lower level.
RKF’s Michael Cohen repped the tenant.
The asking rent was $300,000 a year.
