Browar and his wife, Deborah Ory, a fellow photographer, are also founders of the NYC Dance Project, in which they document local dancers — often in motion — with striking artistry.
Their condo, in the Ikon at 50 Bayard St., features floor-to-ceiling window walls and four terraces with sweeping views from McCarren Park to the Manhattan skyline.
The listing broker is Harry Nasser, of Sotheby’s International Realty.
