Fashion shutterbug Andrew Matusik’s live/work loft is back on the market following a price drop and broker swap.

Matusik, who has photographed Gal Gadot and Amy Schumer, is listing his co-op at 333 Park Ave. South in the Flatiron District for $2 million, down from its $2.19 million price last year.

The address is where Louis Comfort Tiffany had a stained glass studio.

Matusik’s one-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex is 1,600 square feet. It features high ceilings, heated bathroom floors, an open kitchen and a Jacuzzi tub.

After buying the unit for $915,000 in 2013, Matusik worked with Tri-State Construction to create an open loft concept “where any one room could serve up to four different functions — from a 40-person dinner to off-site corporate meetings, full-on photo/video production and more,” he says.

Matusik is moving to Florida, he adds, “where the winters are warm and the taxes are less burdensome.”

He’ll still work in New York, “just not out of my own studio,” he says. The listing brokers are Michael Chadwick and Yana Toyber of Citi Habitats.
