Fashion mogul Serge Azria, the creative force/CEO behind Joie, Equipment and Current/Elliot, is in contract to buy an eco-chic penthouse at 60 White St. for its full asking price of $9.4 million, Gimme Shelter has learned.

Azria also owns a palatial $41 million Malibu estate that he bought from “Karate Kid” and “Ocean’s Eleven” producer Jerry Weintraub. Azria, born in Tunisia, is the brother of Max Azria, whose massive BCBG Max Azria fashion empire houses 20 global brands.

Eighty percent of the 3,129-square-foot three-bedroom, four-bathroom unit was made with reclaimed materials.

Details include a chef’s kitchen with a regular and steam oven — both with the Wolf label — Danby marble countertops and a living/dining space that spans the width of the building.

The developer of this reimagined 1869 TriBeCa building is the Sorgente Group of America.

We hear that John Legend, Alexander Wang and Bradley Cooper were also interested in the unit.

The listing broker is Frances Katzen, of Douglas Elliman.
