We hear that fashion crows, including designer Calvin Klein and top model Maryna Linchuk, were out in full force Tuesday night at 66 E. 11th St. to celebrate the book launch for photographer Mariano Vivanco’s self-explanatory “Portraits Nudes Flowers.”

The townhouse unit in the condo conversion of a Greenwich Village building that dates back to 1897 is on the market for $17.5 million.

The three-bedroom, 4½-bathroom unit is 6,704 square feet.

The building is marketed as an eco-chic residence with “wellness amenities” like building-wide purified air and water, posture-supporting flooring, herbariums in every chef’s kitchen and vitamin C-infused showers.

The listing broker is Steven Gold, of Town Residential.
