Singer Fergie stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at Sky on West 42nd Street for a 10-day stint in September, when she was in town to promote her latest album, “Double Dutchess.”

The pad, designed by David Rockwell, is similar to one on the 67th floor that is currently on the rental market asking $7,285 a month.

Residential broker Michele Kleier dipped into commercial real estate recently when she found a posh gallery space for Alison Wolfson and Belinda Neumann.

The space, Neumann Wolfson Art, is located at 1046 Madison Ave.

The opening show features iconic works by Kenny Scharf and Christian Schumann.
