A maisonette at exclusive 960 Fifth Ave. is hitting the market Thursday for $4.99 million.
The one-bedroom, 1½-bathroom spread in the Rosario Candela-designed building is the former home of Sister Parish, the late interior designer and socialite who famously decorated the Kennedy White House. The current seller is Texas-based racehorse owner Susie Mackie.
Susie and her late husband David bought the home for $2.93 million in 2013 from Patricia Altschul of Bravo’s “Southern Charm.”
Patricia AltschulAnne Wermiel/NY PostThe maisonette, which had been decorated by the late Mario Buatta for Altschul, has once again been completely renovated.
It now features a grand, double-size living room, a wood-paneled study, a chef’s kitchen and lots of paneled woodwork.
Building amenities include private dining rooms and a catering kitchen on the ground floor’s “Georgian Suite,” plus a gym and a landscaped roof garden shared with sister building 3 E. 77th St.
In 2014, Egyptian billionaire Nassef Sawiris paid a then-record $70 million for 960 Fifth’s penthouse, which had been owned by the late Seagram heir Edgar Bronfman Sr.
The listing broker is Jenny Lenz of Dolly Lenz Real Estate.
