Two film producers are putting their Upper East Side digs on the market for $2.1 million.
Producer and production manager Michael Bederman — best known for “Spotlight,” which exposed the Catholic Church sex abuse scandal in Boston, as reported by journalists — and Anna Gerb, known for “A Most Violent Year,” are selling a three-bedroom, two-bath unit on the 16th floor of 115 E. 87th St.
Details include a windowed dining room, a windowed eat-in chef’s kitchen, hickory wood floors, crown moldings and lots of built-ins.
The main bedroom is in a separate wing, and comes with a custom-built home office. The listing broker is Michael J. Franco of Compass.
Meanwhile, celebrity Wall St./entertainment lawyer John Singer is in contract to buy a four-bedroom, 4½-bath condo at 520 W. 28th St., the curvy High Line building designed by the late starchitect Zaha Hadid.
Past and current residents include rock legend Sting, his producer wife Trudie Styler and pop star Ariana Grande. Singer — whose clients include Don Trump Jr.’s girlfriend/ex-Fox TV personality Kimberly Guilfoyle, ex-congressman/ex-Morgan Stanley exec Harold Ford, and bestselling author Mary Higgins Clark — is buying a 3,840-square-foot unit that was last asking $8.85 million. That’s almost a third off its original $12 million ask in 2015.
The condo, with views of the Chelsea skyline, the High Line and a new verdant sculpture garden, also comes with a 162-square-foot balcony. Interior details include a chef’s kitchen with a sculptural kitchen island and “overscaled art walls,” according to the listing.
Building amenities include an IMAX theater, a common entertaining space with a terrace, a gym with a 75-foot pool and automated robotic parking.
