Allison Island, an island within the city of Miami Beach, has just scored a record sale for land value, The Post has learned.

The property, whose address is 6640 Allison Road, traded hands for $17.55 million.

The sellers tie back to a firm led by the former owners of Swiss Watch International, who purchased the home in 2021 for $14.5 million.

Made up of eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the property boasts 170 feet of waterfront with views of La Gorce Island.

Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, the property occupies 11,000 square feet and features a few terraces, an office, a playroom and a three-car garage.

But the listing describes this property as more an opportunity for a teardown.

“Build your Dream house or Renovate this Mediterranean Masterpiece located on coveted Allison Island, one of Miami Beach’s top gated neighborhoods,” the previous listing noted.

The selling party was represented by Cristina Ben-Shmuel with Rusty Stein & Company, while the unknown buyer was repped by Jonathan Bigelman with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

“The buyers were looking for something turn-key but quickly realized ultra-luxury inventory is scarce in Miami Beach, so they decided to build their dream home instead,” Bigelman told The Post. “They fell in love with the exclusivity of Allison Island but the 170 feet of water frontage, private location at the end of a cul-de-sac and the sweeping views of the water is what sealed the deal.”

Allison Island is no stranger to athletes and celebs — with former and current residents including Lil Wayne, Louis Vuitton executive Michael Burke, Pitbull, Shakira and Sylvester Stallone.

The island spans 35 acres and is connected to the mainland by bridges.
