Darren Walker, president of the Ford Foundation, has listed his Upper East Side home for $2.25 million.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom prewar apartment is at 136 E. 64th St.

Walker bought the unit for $1.95 million in 2019. (He had previously sold his Nomad apartment, at 15 E. 26th St., which had been on the market for $4.2 million in 2019 and sold for its full asking price last March, just before the lockdown began.)

The uptown unit boasts details like 5-inch-wide white oak floors, crown moldings, beamed ceilings, custom millwork and a fireplace.

There’s also a windowed chef’s kitchen and a main bedroom suite with a windowed, spa-like marble bathroom.

The building was designed in 1928 by architect George Pelham.

The listing brokers are Triplemint’s John Antretter and Brigitte Pays.
