A Quogue estate once owned by late Ford Models founders Eileen and Jerry Ford has sold for $9.5 million.

Once a summer hangout for top models like Lauren Hutton and Beverly Johnson, the 14,000-square-foot residence first went on the market for $15.5 million in 2014.

The seller was investment banker Simon Rose, who bought it for $5.4 million in 2010. The buyer is in finance and does not want to be named, sources say.

Located at 23 Shinnecock, Belle Mead — as the property, falsely rumored to be designed by famed Gilded Age architect Stanford White, is better known — last listed for $9.87 million in June.

“Once it was finally priced right, it sold quickly,” a source says.

The home has 10 bedrooms and eight bathrooms and sits on 3.4 acres of land. The grounds include a pool and outdoor entertainment spaces.

The listing brokers were Corcoran’s Tim and Thomas Davis.

We hear that Douglas Ellimans’ Enzo Morabito, who declined to comment, repped the buyer.
