As foreign money continues to pour into the city’s real estate market, Nest Seekers International broker and “Million Dollar Listing New York” star Ryan Serhant and his team have sold eight units totaling $19.27 million to foreign buyers at office-to-condo conversion 101 Wall St.

They’ve also sold seven apartments totaling $29.11 million to foreign buyers at 50 West St., the shiny new tower south of the World Trade Center.

We also hear that Compass has launched in Boston. It’s the brokerage firm’s fourth market to open in a year.
