A West Village home once owned by the late, triple Tony Award-winning set designer, Robin Wagner, has hit the market for $3.5 million.

The residence, at the John Adams, 101 W. 12th St., comes with a 1,000-square-foot wrap terrace — one of the largest in the neighborhood, according to the listing, with downtown views including One World Trade.

Wagner, who passed in May at age 89, designed sets for more than 50 Broadway shows including “Hair,” “A Chorus Line,” “City of Angels,” “On the Twentieth Century,” “Jesus Christ Superstar,” “Angels in America” and “The Producers.” He also designed sets for off-Broadway productions, ballets and even a 1970s Rolling Stones concert tour.

The 18th-floor unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath corner combo co-op with a home office and lots of light.

The living room features two doors to the terrace, while the open chef’s kitchen comes with a large pantry.

A large main bedroom also has terrace access, plus a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath.
