Hoops star Amar’e Stoudemire says he’s not ready to be called “coach” just yet.

“I just never liked the title Coach,” he recently told the NY Times. “There’s not a lot of swagger that comes with that title.”

But the former six-time NBA all star — who just won MVP playing for the Maccabi Tel Aviv team — is embracing his role on Steve Nash’s coaching dream team for the Brooklyn Nets, which also includes Mike D’Antoni.

To prove it, the Nets’ official player development assistant, is even selling his his gated Florida estate for $3.5 million to spend more time in NYC.

That’s less than the $3.7 million he paid for it back in 2011. The Broward home, at 16800 Berkshire Court, Southwest Ranches, at the Landmark Ranch Estates, is 7,361 square feet and sits on 2.3 acres.

The four-bedroom, 5½-bathroom home features a chef’s kitchen, a “hidden” movie theater, a home office, an indoor bar area with a pool table and a yoga room.

There’s also an expansive custom closet with a chandelier in the main bedroom suite.

Outside, there’s a pool, a two-bedroom, one-bathroom, 1,314-square-foot guest house, outdoor kitchen and a nine-car garage.

The listing broker is Kim Knausz, of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.
