Dennis Crowley, the co-founder and executive chairman of Foursquare, is listing his East Village prewar co-op for $1.45 million.

The three-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is at 303 E. Eighth St. A home office could be converted into a fourth bedroom.

Crowley, who is 43, bought the unit for $1.15 million in 2007, according to city property records.

The apartment is filled with light from 13 windows.

It comes with an entry foyer with original vintage tile floors that opens to a great room.

There are also exposed red brick walls, hardwood floors and an open kitchen with an island.

The listing brokers are Jay Glazer and Scott Hill, of Corcoran.
