Gaetan Rousseau, the New York-based French CEO and producer of the film production company Paradoxal — who was also the executive producer of Greek-French film director Costa-Gavras’ “Le Capital,” a drama of a ruthless French bank CEO — has purchased a $2.64 million Gowanus townhouse with his wife, Carine.
