We think she’ll be a model resident.
Top French runway model Ophelie Guillermand is in contract to buy a fourth-floor one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit at 50 Clinton St. that was asking $1.25 million.
The unit was designed by Paris Forino and features white oak herringbone wood floors and crown moldings throughout.

Building amenities include a gym, a landscaped rooftop terrace with grilling stations and a bike room.
Guillermand, who recently appeared in the Balmain x H&M campaign, grew up in the French Alps.
She has walked for designers including Alexander Wang and Jil Sander. Steven Meisel also photographed her for a Prada campaign.
In an interview, Guillermand once told Vogue about her favorite spots in Paris — from the Centre Pompidou to Hôtel Costes (the latter for a glass of wine).
We look forward to hearing her fave spots in her new neighborhood.
Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes had the listing.
