This stylish West Village apartment — owned by Barlas Baylar, the owner and main designer of furniture and lighting company Hudson Furniture — is on the market as a $29,500-a-month rental. Baylar, who was born in Istanbul, is leaving New York to live overseas and no longer needs a primary residence here.

Last year, Baylar launched his first-ever collection of outdoor furniture for Restoration Hardware.
