This stylish West Village apartment — owned by Barlas Baylar, the owner and main designer of furniture and lighting company Hudson Furniture — is on the market as a $29,500-a-month rental. Baylar, who was born in Istanbul, is leaving New York to live overseas and no longer needs a primary residence here.

Last year, Baylar launched his first-ever collection of outdoor furniture for Restoration Hardware.

Called Aviara, it was inspired by his visits to the Grecian island of Mykonos.

The two-bedroom apartment, which can be converted into a three-bedroom, is at 165 Charles St. and measures 2,541 square feet. It comes with its own 200-square-foot private terrace overlooking the Hudson River. Other touches include floor-to-ceiling windows and wood floors.
