HBO’s head honcho, CEO Richard Plepler, is renting a $40,000-a-month home at 737 Park Ave. The 2,915-square-foot, 15th-floor unit has three bedrooms and 3½ bathrooms.
The owner is South African insurance mogul and New York Marathon runner Adrian Gore.
Gore bought the unit for $11.45 million.
