Fox TV personality Geraldo Rivera and his wife, Erica, have put their waterfront digs back on the market.

The three-story nautical-themed co-op, surrounded by water, is at 15 N. Shore Road in Edgewater, NJ, and comes with its own dock on the Hudson River.

It is now asking $2.95 million — down from its $3.75 million asking price last May.

The dock can hold large yachts, including Rivera’s 70-foot ketch — a sailboat with two masts — named Voyager, which has been docked there for more than a decade.

The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residence was asking $3.75 million last May with another brokerage firm, as the Post previously reported.

The trophy residence also comes with a pool, a hot tub, a koi fish pond and a dockside cabana — and views from the Palisades “upriver” to downtown Manhattan.

Enjoy the pool during the summer and chill in the hot tub on cold winter nights — “You have arrived,” notes the listing. (But where?!)

The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Lisa Poggi and Henry Song of the Sroka Worldwide Team, who also note that the home is a mere eight miles from Times Square.

Last May, Rivera bought a penthouse at 45 E. 89th St. for $5.6 million, the Post reported.

That four-bedroom, three-bathroom 2,500-square-foot home came with views of Central Park and the Reservoir. Building amenities include a rooftop indoor pool, a gym and cold storage for grocery and flower deliveries.
