Celebrity chef Bobby Flay has leased his duplex loft at the Chelsea Mercantile, at 252 Seventh Ave.

The 3,256-square-foot three-bedroom, on the eighth floor, was last asking $22,500 a month — and we hear it rented for around the asking price.

You might remember that actress Katie Holmes once lived in the building when she was fleeing from Tom Cruise.

The building features a secret entrance/exit from Whole Foods, which Holmes used to her benefit.

Flay’s unit opens to a large foyer and a dramatic staircase.

Of course, there’s also a killer open kitchen with an extra-large walk-in pantry.

The upper level has its own separate entrance, and the loft has the feel of a “chic Soho loft and a spacious country home,” notes the listing — from Triplemint broker Tyler Whitman, who repped this pad with Josh Heyer and declined to comment.
