Adam Driver — who may be the only actor to join the Marines after 9/11, where he served until 2004, and then graduate from the Juilliard School — recently showed up in jeans and a hoodie to tour a vacant townhouse of former rental apartments at 154 Hicks St. in Brooklyn Heights.

Married to actress Joanne Tucker, Driver is a versatile actor who moves fluidly from Broadway to stints like his role as Adam Sackler on HBO’s “Girls” to the silver screen — notably playing evil Kylo Ren in “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”

The $4.79 million classic brownstone he checked out, which currently has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, comes with approved renovation plans, ready to be transformed into a single-family mansion.

It’s a five-story home measuring around 5,500 square feet; it also has a cellar and high ceilings.

Additional features include a grand stoop, a skylight over the center stairwell and a garden, along with original moldings, mantles and pocket shutters.

The listing brokers, who declined to comment, are Ravi Kantha, Matthew Lesser and Alex Yoel, of Leslie J. Garfield.
