Ex-Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s business partner, Marc Mukasey, has put his Beekman Place condo on the market for $1.57 million.

This week, Giuliani and Mukasey also announced that they are leaving law firm Bracewell & Giuliani (which will become just Bracewell) to join Greenberg Traurig, another law firm, where Mukasey tells Gimme Shelter they are ready “to kick some ass.”

Michael Mukasey.Michael Mukasey.

Mukasey will be global co-chairman of the firm’s white collar crime defense group and Giuliani will be global chairman of its cybersecurity and crisis management group.

Mukasey’s one-bedroom, 1½-bathroom unit at 345 E. 50th St. measures 1,245 square feet.

Building amenities include a gym and a roof deck. “It’s the sexiest apartment you’ll find on 50th Street,” Mukasey tells us. “I love the apartment. It’s a cool, East Side loft that is perfect for a bachelor or as a pied-a-terre.”

Mukasey says he is giving it up for bigger Fifth Avenue digs that are “more for someone in the prime of his life.”

This Beekman Place apartment comes with keyed elevator access that opens directly into the foyer and features a great room that leads to a balcony through a glass enclosure.

The master suite includes lots of storage, along with an en-suite master bathroom with heated floors.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen, a dining alcove, and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout.

The listing broker is Fiona Dumas, of Compass.
