Andrew Shue and Amy RobachRoy Rochlin/Getty ImagesOne spot they toured was a full-floor loft at 136 W. 22nd St., a three-bedroom unit on the market for $4.29 million.
It comes with a key-locked elevator that opens directly into the apartment, which boasts six large windows overlooking West 22nd Street and original details, like exposed brick walls and wooden beams.
The home measures 3,272 square feet and features a glam kitchen, a study/home office, a laundry room and lots of storage.
There stairs are also of wide-plank maple hardwood floors, hemmed in by double-insulated walls.
The listing brokers are Corcoran’s Alan Sands and Sam Pablo Montes, who declined to comment.
