Holy townhouse, Batman!
Erin Richards, best known for her role as Barbara Kean in the Batman prequel TV series “Gotham,” has purchased a gorgeous two-family brownstone in Bedford-Stuyvesant for $1.62 million.
The Welsh 32-year-old will have plenty of room to practice her lines in this 3,120-square-foot residence — especially now that Fox has ordered a fifth and final season of the show, which traces how DC Comics’ Batman characters (including Penguin and Mr. Freeze) evolved into villains.
Standing 20 feet wide, the five-bedroom home has been divided into an owner’s duplex and a rental unit that also spans two stories.
The former has exposed brick, a white chef’s kitchen and a formal dining area that opens to a private deck overlooking a landscaped garden. Wrought-iron stairs lead to three bedrooms.
The master suite comes with a windowed spa-like bathroom. The garden-level rental has two bedrooms, as well as a finished recreation room. Richards’ reps did not get back to us.
