Gorgeous “Gotham” actor Benjamin McKenzie is turning heads of women (and men) while on the NYC house hunting prowl.

At the same time, he listed his Hollywood Hills home for $1.8 million earlier this month, which now appears to be selling. 

Our spies recently spotted the star checking out a $2.49 million two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom duplex near the High Line at 420 W. 25th St.

The space, in a prewar building, features double-height ceilings and a private terrace off one of the two bedrooms. There’s also a chef’s kitchen. 

The listing broker, Douglas Elliman’s Frances Katzen, declined to comment.
