Restaurateur Keith McNally has his Greenwich Village four-bedroom townhouse at 105 W. 11th St. on the market again, this time as a short-term rental from April to August asking $18,950 a month.

We hear that actress and singer Charlotte Gainsbourg — daughter of English actress Jane Birkin and French singer Serge Gainsbourg — wanted to rent it with Yvan Attal and their kids.

While Gainsbourg, who will be in NYC to film “Independence Day 2,” loved the townhouse, our spies say that she needed a longer-term rental.

Listing broker Frances Katzen of Douglas Elliman declined to comment.
